The site is refusing the discount code!

1:The most common reason why your discount code does not appear to be working is because the retailers site did not take into account "case sensitivity". This is otherwise know as capital and non capital letters. If for example we have written the discount code as "abcdefg" then the discount code must be entered as such and not "ABCDEFG". Normally on most UK keyboards you can switch between capital letters and small letters by pressing the "caps lock" button on your keyboard.

2: A second very common reason why discount codes do not work is simply that the user is trying to enter in the wrong code. Please take care to note down the correct discount code for the item that you are trying to purchase. On each products page you will see a discount code listed next to the products link. No other discount code works other than the ones issued to that product.
