Different retailers seem to have slightly different ways of referring to this 40in V series model, with KDL40V4000, KDL40V4000U, KDL-40V4000 being common variants. Rest assured, all three describe the same TV. The 'U' used by some retailers at the end of the model number simply refers to the TV as being a UK model and i've honestly no idea why some retailers separate the KDL from the 40V4000!
